Terms & Conditions of Sale

  1. Sale is GST Exclusive and this will be added to the invoice at the time of full payment.
  2. A deposit of $100 cash will be required at time of registration. This will be deducted from purchases on the final invoice or refunded should no purchase be made.
  3. A non refundable deposit of 20% will be required after successful bids.
  4. Payment is acceptable by Cash, Bank Cheque or Credit Card where credit cards will attract a 3% premium.
  5. All small goods must be removed by Wednesday 4th March and all heavier items by Friday 6th.
